Most Dutch people will pack for their summer vacation this summer. We are packing for our move this summer. A move to a new house, a new village and a new way of life. On to Drenthe where we will make our dream come true.

A mini camping is something we have been working on in our heads for the last 3 years but now it is something that is going to become reality. August 1st we are proud owners of camping de Witte Buizerd. A campsite that has been built up with a lot of work and love by the previous owners. In the coming period we will adjust more and more, including the website, because we would like to offer availability for camping guests this season. When exactly? if we know, we will mention this on the website and post on social media. Who knows, see you soon.. You are more than welcome at our campsite 'De Witte Buizerd' in Drouwenerveen.

On the edge of the Hondsrug, our B&B and holiday apartment, is situated in a beautiful
meadow setting with many opportunities
for trips and trails for hiking and cycling.On our intimate site you’ll experience peace and quiet.

With the comfort of the B&B, the romantic retro caravan, or a combination of both, it's a great place for all types of travel.

The place is especially suitable for nature lovers. There are nut trees, raspberries and blackberries for picking, and there are plenty of places to sit in the sunshine. In the evening when the weather is clear, the sky is a great spectacle. If you like you are welcome to make a campfire.

The nature garden behind the campsite is open to guests of De Witte Buizerd.
